You’re up for a promotion and you need to write or update your military bio. If you’re dragging your feet on this task, you’re not alone. Most people find it agonizing to write their own bio. Read on for some tips on how to write a great military bio.

A military bio is a condensed rundown of an armed services member’s training and accomplishments. Typically, you’ll be asked for a bio when attempting to get a promotion or move into a different branch of the military.

If you are not qualified up to the mark and just making resume will not mean that you will get a job. Simply designing a resume will not get you a job either nor will it open up doors or knock down obstacles in your path. Generally entry level or mid level resume’s is not longer than executive resumes. Everything in the resumes should have a specific career target and should show a specific caliber of whom you are and why you are valuable.
