Hypnosis, as is commonly believed, is a state exemplified by complete relaxation and one where the subject shows a heightened responsiveness towards suggestions. Hypnotherapy, as the name suggests, is a process in which treatment is preformed by hypnotizing the subject. The therapy usually aims to remove pessimistic thoughts from the subject’s consciousness.
